Lowongan Kerja PT HM Sampoerna Tbk SAMPOERNA GRADUATE TRAINЕЕ (August & November Batch) The Sampoerna Graduate Trainee (GT) Program is a two‑year development journey designed for graduates who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute. Through cross‑functional rotations (min. 2 different functions), hands‑on projects, and mentorship from experienced leaders, you will strengthen your business acumen and create meaningful impact from day one. During this two-year journey, you will: Gain exposure through four meaningful assignments across multiple business areas over two years.
